ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
If your pins are damaged upon arrival, email us IMMEDIATELY at support@pinpoppin.com or reply to your order confirmation email.
Please make sure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We will not replace or refund orders that are lost due to incorrect addresses.
If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will have to pay the shipping fee to have it sent.
We are not responsible for packages lost by USPS or stolen packages.
